CONTRACTS MANAGER
B.SC in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
10 yrs minimum experience in Facilities Managemen with min. 3
yrs in Gulf experience in maintenance field.
GCC Driving License
Has experience in Managing / Supervising more than 100 people
Good English language is a must, Good Communication Skils
Microsoft Office and usage of Excel sheets is a must.
MEP SUPERVISOR
2-3 yrs Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
7 yrs minimum experience in Facilities Management with
minimum 2 yrs in Gulf experience in maintenance field
GCC Driving License
Should have experience in supervising more than 30 people
preferred age bracket : 28 — 40 yrs
CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in suitable field.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FM cleaning services.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cleaning) services.
Should possess excellent communication skills.
Good Knowledge of MS Office
Linguistic Ability: English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic
All the candidates must have GCC experience
