Flawless QA/QC
Lead – Mechanical
Responsible for leading the Flawless and QAIQC effort in the CONTRACTOR’s
area of responsibility. Must have more than 15 years’ experience in maintenance
work in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power Generation industry.
Minimum 5 years in (QAIQC lead position) Turnaround and Maintenance
services. Working knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, AWS, ASME and ANSI codes,
develop and implement the Flawless Turnaround program throughout the
execution process. Must have bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Flawless QA/QC Inspector — Mechanical –
100 Nos.
Must have more than 10 years’ experience in maintenance work in the
Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power Generation industry. Minimum 5 years
in QAIQC position Turnaround and Maintenance services.
Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, familiar with the different welding techniques and
its quality requirements, Working knowledge of NDT, Welding Inspection
Certification of
CSWIP 3.1, AWS, ASME and ANSI codes. Sound knowledge about
Flange management process and tightening techniques. Must have bachelor’s
degree or Diploma in Mechanical.
