• Excellent Phone Etiquette: Should be able to handle 100+ Outbound cold calls with high energy to
engage Prospects.
• Candidates should have outbound Sales Experience (Cold Calling) Preferably in Credit Card Sales,
Insurance (Medical / Term Insurance)
• Candidates must have the ability to multitask to manage work effectively and efficiently.
• Candidates must have patience and perseverance to initiate, negotiate, and close a sale. It is also
necessary that
they are equipped with problem solving skills to identify the right triggers to achieve a sale.
• Candidates should have the ability to qualify, gauge interest and proceed accordingly on a call.
• Candidates should be able to handle Objection scenarios related to the Product features, benefits
and competition in the market.
• Candidates should be comfortable in cross selling different products based on the requirement and
direction of the call.
• Candidates should be able to handle and achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Target.
• Should be able to adapt to new CRM and other tracking software to track the progress of leads and
Prospects.
• Update and manage contact databases with accurate profiles, notes, and relevant information.
• Manage Leads by tracking, following up and closing sales to achieve Sales and productivity
objectives.
