JOB DESCRIPTION:
Analyzing the documents and letters related with contact administration & update logs
Ensuring cost control and project schedule is met
Preparing of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors
Quantity measurement and preparing of progress claim and variation order, EOT to the
Client and Consultants
Track / study changes to the design and/or construction work and find out /develop the VO
proposals
Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering
Required: 1. ‘English’ language skill(Fluent)
Required : 2. At least 5~10 years of Experience in the Building Projects
Preferred: 1. ‘Korean’ language skill
- ‘Arabic or Spanish’ language skill
Preferred : 3. Familiar with MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etca
