Mechanical Supervisor – Ship Repair
BE / diploma Mechanical with exp. In Planning and Scheduling of all Mechanical
Activities thorough knowledge major Overhauling Engines + various other
Machineries and Dry Docking jobs, ie. CPP Shafting, Azimuth Thrusters, Bow
thruster, etc.
Marine Engine & Gear Box Mechanics
Dip in mech. or ITI with exp. In Overhauling Testing Commissioning and
Troubleshooting of various types of Marine engines like Yammer, Niigata. Wartsila,
Cummins, Caterpillar and so on, knowledge overhauling VTR & Met Turbo Charger,
Fuel Pumps, Injectors, Various Type of Marine Gear Box, ie. Kumera Gear Box,
Niigata, Warsila, Yammer, Rejntjes
Ship Propellor Technican & Mechanics
Dip in mech. Or ITI with exp. In Major Overhauling Niigata Azimuth Thruster,
Z-Peller, Kawasaki Thruster Rex Peller, Aqua Master, Bow Thruster, CPP
Shafting, Calibration, Testing DP, MPL
Laser Alignment Technician
ITI with Well Exp. Main Engine Alignment, Vertical and Horizontal Alignment,
Cardan Shaft, Bearing Load test (White Metal), Chock Fast Calculation
Hydraulic Mechanic
SSC or ITI and should have min. 5 years of experience in repair of hydraulic
equipment used in marine application. The candidate should independently
overhaul hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders & valves. And be able to carry out
flushing and pressure testing of hydraulic lines.
Fire Watchers
should have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
