PLUMBING TECHNICIANS
(PPM / Maintenance of water supply and drainage networks, viz., sanitary
ware, bathroom fittings, valves, tanks, pumps, pressure vessel, water heaters,
and drainage accessories like FD, FT, FCO, RWO, Traps, Gully Traps,
Manholes).
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
(PPM / Maintenance of Complete electrical lighting and power systems, cable
sizing, armoured cables, breakers, ACB, all kinds distribution boards,
transformers, generators, power factor unit, earthing and lightning protection,
DOL & Star-Delta Connections, Contactors, relays, etc.)
BMS TECHNICIANS
FURNITURE CARPENTERS
TILE MASONS
Must have 2-3 Years of Gulf Experience in Maintenance at reputed FM Company.
Must speak English (compulsory).
Proficient in Preventive, Corrective and Reactive Maintenance.
Tech Savvy able to operate various Android apps on smart phone / tablet.
ITI / Diploma should be of minimum 2 years.
Accommodation + Transportation Provided (Salary depending upon experience and
technical competence as above).
