HVAC TECHNICIAN
Proficient in maintenance and troubleshooting of
various types of HVAC systems.
Must be proficient in PPM, corrective and reactive
maintenance of AHU, FAHU, HRW, FCU, VRF, DX,
Package, VAV, Dam persj etc.
Good understanding of Refrigeration Cycle.
Ability to work on CAFM software will be added
advantage.
Must have good understanding of systems.
Able to perform and handle situations
independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to identify risks and take immediate
preventive I corrective action.
• Minimum 34 years experience (in similar
position) in a reputed Facilities Management
Company Gulf.
• Aged under 38 years.
• Good Communications skills in English (read,
write, speak).
QUAL NOS ITI or DIPLOMA (min 2 year duration)
