• Diploma in mechanical with 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance
with knowledge of mechanical integrity practices for mechanical
equipment systems as well as extensive training in quality control
work with a track record of resourceful troubleshooting
• To provide the technical setup and processes for mechanical and
operational quality testing and inspection in order to resolve the
most difficult and elusive quality problems in collaboration with
engineers and maintain the integrity Of products
QC Lab Technician (MPP) JRE23827
• Diploma in mechanical, Plastics or equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience
in quality assurance with knowledge of mechanical integrity
practices for mechanical equipment systems as well as extensive
training in quality control work with a track record of resourceful
troubleshooting
• To provide the technical setup and processes for mechanical and
operational quality testing and inspection in order to resolve the
most difficult and elusive quality problems in collaboration with
engineers and maintain the integrity of products.
QC Supervisor /
Microbiologist
• BSC / MSC in Microbiology or Related Science

• Minimum of 5-7 years related environmental monitoring and
microbiology experience with biological products, in a GMP Quality
Control laboratory
• Oversee the microbiology function with a focus on a GMP
environmental monitoring (EM) program which includes ISO class 7,
and 8 HVAC, EU Grade A to D, purified water systems for a Quality
Control Laboratory in a GMP facility that produces medical device
for healthcare, etc.
• Experience performing EM, purified water and compressed gases
sampling and testing for ISO classes 7 and 8 a must.
• Experience with bioburden testing and qualification required.

• Diploma in Plastics, with 2+ years Of experience in a position
operating or maintaining, injection molding and blow molding
machines for close tolerance products preferred
• To operate and participate as part of a team in the safe operation
Of Injection and Blow Moulding equipment to ensure that
downstream efficiency is maximised and all waste product is
handled as per policy and procedure.
Sterilizer Operator

• Degree in Plastics or Engineering with 5 years hands-on work
experience in Injection Molding Blow Molding.
• Responsible for directing a small team of molding associates in the
areas Of production, scheduling, safety, maintenance and quality.
• Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality
and maximum product output
• Lead a small team of people in execution of daily production tasks, work
scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement
• Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer
issues or to initiate continuous improvement
• Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within
molding department
• Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or
mechanical solutions
• Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company
policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
• Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair
for tooling and equipment
• Implement and manage all maintenance functions, including but not
limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all
injection molding equipment Physical Demands
• May engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and
pulling of parts and part containers
