SALES MANAGER – Drip Irrigation Pipes JRE24031
• Bachelor’s degree. MBA and irrigation engineer degree will be given high consideration.
• Previous sales and marketing experience in Drip irrigation business is required.
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and prior sales
supervisory experience is preferred.
• Responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities for the Drip Irrigation Pipes & Emitters,
gathering market data, and sharing intelligence and information throughout the product line and
company as appropriate. The successful candidate should have sound knowledge of Irrigation
industry.
• He shall be fully responsible for P&L of Drip irrigation products & shall develops and recommends
sales objectives and prepares sales forecasts, develops budgets and manages department expenses,
and must be able to develop and maintain a highly effective and motivated sales force.
• Overnight travel is required.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
