HVAC TECHNICIANS
• Minimum 3-5 years of Facility Management experience or similar environment.
• Ability to construct technical reports and spreadsheets and presentations
using MS Office (Word/Excel / Power point).
ATTRACTIVE SALARY + FREE FAT
IMMEDIATE DEPARTURE
• Ability to perform safely and correctly the following on complex air
conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC) equipment and systems.
ELV TECHNICIANS
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Engineering or equivalent – a
requirement as a minimum.
• Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance experience in following systems – IP
CCTV systems, Security systems, Security Gates, Central Battery System,
and Lighting control system and associated equipment.
UPS TECHNICIANS
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with advance knowledge in UPS
systems in a commercial buildings or hospital or other facilities
management building services with engineering environment.
