SERVICE ADVISORS
(Passenger Vehicle)
- Acknowledge and greet the customer upon his arrival.
- Listen carefully to customer by maintaining a proper eye contact.
- Refer vehicle service history in order to suggest the recommended services.
- Install vehicle protection covers and explain customer about the same.
- Take inventory of vehicle.
- Provide time estimate for quotation.
SERVICE ENGINEERS / WORKSHOP SUPERVISORS
(Passenger Vehicle) - Verify customer complaint with service advisor.
- Allocate / schedule vehicles to technicians for repairs as per skill matrix.
- Guide technicians on repairs and sublet jobs.
- Seek guidance from Technical Cell.
- Inform service advisor on estimates, additional repairs, parts replacement,
delivery time revision etc. - Understand policies and norms.
All the candidates should have BE (Automobile / Mechanical) or Diploma Engineer
