AMC SALES ENGINEER
• A mechanical engineering graduate with minimum 6-8 years of previous
experience in the field of Services Sales. Having relationship building skills,
Good Product Knowledge regarding Chiller Equipment, HVAC Units, VRF
Technology, Refrigeration (Cold Rooms, Freezers and Chillers), Split Air
conditioning units, Window Air conditioners etc; well versed with Heat load
calculations, product selections, Preparation of Submittals, Good
Communication skills. Good contracting, and customer service skills. (Valid
GCC license is must)
SR. SUPERVISOR-AC
• A mechanical diploma holder with minimum 8 years of experience in the field
of Customer Service. Handling after Sales support for the Air conditioning and
Appliance products. Having good product knowledge of VRF Units, HVAC
System, Central and domestic type Air conditioning units. Well versed with
preparation of submittals, good communications skills, leadership qualities.
Maintaining a team of technicians, asst. technicians. Having working
experience on Microsoft office tools. (Valid GCC license is must)
COORDINATOR-WARRANTY SUPPORT- TELEVISION/APPLIANCES
• Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in the field of Customer
Service. Having good product knowledge of Televisions, Home Appliances,
and handheld devices (cell phone, tabs, laptops). Required good
communication skills, corresponding through emails, maintaining the PR with
Principles, submitting the claims, maintaining the data, and following up for
approvals. Coordinating between Service executives and the manufacturers.
