Bachelor in Civil Eng .Min Exp 18 to 22 years.
Residential / conunercial background -u offices, residential, hotels,
retail, leisure or logistics. Expertise in all types of finishing works
like marble, tiles, j omery works, gypsum works, GRC Works, extemal
finishes, faqade, etc.,Must have extensive know-how on all
site operations and should have managed mid-sized to large
commercial value projects. Attention to details and concem for quality.
Fit Out Manager – OMR : 1400 to 1600
Bachelor in Architecture or Interior Design or Civil Engg
Min Exp 15 to 18 years. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in
Architecture/lnterior Design or equivalent.Residential / commercial
background – offces, residential, hotels, retail, leisure or logistics.
Expenise in all Wpes ofjoinery works, false ceiling works, GRC Works,
etc.,Prepare budget for all types of works and submit quotations.Assist
in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing. Cost Control.
Must have extensive know-how on all site operations. should have
managed mid-sized to lalge commercial value projects.
