Job Description
Strong working knowledge of oil & gas / industrial process systems and equipment
(e.g. electrical distribution, protection and control, plant process instrumentation
and control systems, pumps and motors, analyzers and alarms, pressure vessels, tanks, piping,
package boilers, steam/power co-generation.
Familiarization with industrial process instrumentation, fire and gas detection equipment,
metering systems, safety instrumented systems, hazardous locations and control valves.
Experience with Hazardous Area Environments, Equipment Certifications and common installation
practices.
Effectively and efficiently prepare and plan all electrical and instrumentation (including automation
& analyzers)maintenance, projects and shutdown activities executed by TA Maintenance.
Preparations include scoping, estimating resources& costing, raising requisitions for internal and external
resources, having clear procedures & field quality control requirements and contractual documentations.
Estimates and prepare resources (i.e. internal and external labor or services, inventoried spares and material)
and provides costs estimates. Raise requisitions for resources, i.e. pick-list for spares, purchase requisitions
for external services and materials, etc.
Prepare documents to incorporate LOTO / execution plans, task risk assessments, specific safety instructions, any
critical work approval, etc. into workpackages to enable smooth permit-to-work process.
Incorporate repair plans, procedures, method statements, ITP documents/ protocols, etc. to ensure quality execution.
Coordinates with field maintenance, Operations, service providers / contractors / suppliers (i.e. internal and external)
to ensure readiness of work packages.Must be able to prepare Electrical related technical documentation like data sheets,
Electrical drawings, Electrical location plans, hook-up drawings etc.
Must be able to prepare Instrumentation related technical documentation like data sheets, loop drawings, instrument
location plans , hook-up drawings etc.Participate and update during daily planning and progress meetings, collaborates
with Scheduler to include completed work packages into schedules for weekly / daily work plans.
Must have experience with resource loading and scheduling to produce progress status reports.
All Candidates Should Have 5 Years Gulf Experience In Same Field.
Qualification :DEGREE/DIPLOMA/ITI/NCVT
