Maintenance Service to Refinaries and Petrochemical Plants in Saudi Arabia.
Urgently seek to hire the following professionals:
Instrument Reliability Engineer JRE26340
• B.Sc. Instrument and control Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years working experience in the similar field
• Works with Project and Maintenance Engineers to ensure the
reliability and maintainability of installations to identify the Asset
Life Cycle
• Participates in the development of design and installation
specifications along with commissioning plans and Participates
in the development of criteria for andevaluationofequipmentand
technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service
providers.
• Develop acceptance tests and inspection criteria.
• Participates in the final check-out Of new installations.
• Professionally and systemafcally defines, designs, develops,
monitors, and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes:
a. Value-added preventive maintenance tasks
b. Provideeffective utilizationofpredictiveand othernon-destructive
testing methodologies
c. Provides input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate
reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could
adversely impact plant operation.
• Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures by applyng
Data analysis techniques that can include:
a. Statistical Process Control
b. Reliability modeling and prediction
c. Fault Tree Analysis
d. Root-cause and Root-cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA)
e. Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System
(FRACAS)
• Works with Production to perform analyses of assets including:
a. Asset Utilization
b. Overall Equipment Effectiveness
c. Remaining useful lite
d. Other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and
costs of assets
• Provides technical support to production, maintenance
management, and technical personnel.
• Applies value analysis to repair I replace, repair / redesign, and
make / buy decisions.
Electrical Reliability Engineer JRE26339
• B.Sc. Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years working experience the similar field
• Works with Project and Maintenance Engineers to ensure the
rel’ability and maintainability of installations to identify the Asset
Life cycle
• Participates in the development of design and installation
specifications along with commissioning plans and Participates
in the development of criteria for andevaluationofequipmentand
