Downstream Facilities Planning Specialist – Fuels JRE26294
• B.E / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering related field, MBA or a relevant advanced degree
is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience relevant refining and chemicals experience,
of which at least five years must have been devoted to strategy and capital planning
programs. Experience in providing consultation and conducting refining and strategy
related reviews and studies, both individually and as part of a team.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles and
calculation methods.
• Expert in international business and cross-cultural professional practices
Downstream Optimization Engineer – Fuels
JRE26293
• B.E / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering . MBA or a relevant advanced degree is
strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 5 years Of professional experience in business optimization for major
chemicals and refining projects, and a deep understanding of associated operations
and integration of assets.Excellent understanding of financial analysis and valuation
methodologies, commercial principals and mechanisms related to a transaction, and
various types Of commercial transactions.Expert in international business and cross-
cultural professional practices
Downstream Strategy & Planning Engineer – Fuels JRE26292
• B.E / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering related field, MBA or a relevant advanced degree
is strongly preferred. 15 years of professional experience in business development,
with a strong track record Of economic and commercial evaluations for major chemicals
and refining projects, and a deep understanding Of associated operations and
integration of assets. LP experience, preferably with PIMS, to evaluate business cases
in different development scenarios. An in-depth and current understanding of the
global energy market and its trends, as well as economic and financial models.

Project Control Specialist – Fuels
JRE26291
• B.E Engineering Degree. Preferable Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10-15 experience experience in oil / gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or
infrastructure industries and has project engineering experience on large to mega projects.
• Must have thorough knowledge of project engineering practices, design details,
international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications.
• Should have capability to enhance benchmarking database from cost and industry
perspective.
• Experience in developing procurement / contracting strategy and plan.
• Certified Project Management Institute as PMP or PMI-SP & (AACEI) Advanced
Association of Cost Engineer. Good grasp of international business and cross-cultural
professional practices.Lead project management documents pertaining to Front End
Engineering Phases – Business Cases / Feasibility (FEL-I), Pre-FEED (FEL-2), FEED
(FEL-3) and EPC Execution Phase. Provide needed support for projects in progress at
various phases including preparation Of project management procedures, governance,
Bids Evaluations, cost estimating services, scheduling and value improving pract’ces.
• Experience on modularization & stick built construction processes Risk Management &
Controls through reviewing risk registers & mitigation strategies.

• B.E / B. Tech Engineering Degree. Preferable Master’s degree in Engineering.

infrastructure industries and has project engineering experience on large to mega projects.
• Experience in developing procurement / contracting strategy and plan.
• Certified Project Management Institute as PMP or PMI-SP & (AACEI) Advanced
Association of Cost Engineer. Good grasp of international business and cross-cultural
professional practices.

Asset Economist (Refinery Planning Economist) – Fuels JRE26287
• B.E. degree in Engineering discipline, an MBA is preferable.
• Min. 8 years experience in refining business, to include technical and commercial aspects.
Experience using LP models is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles and calculation
methods. Expert in international business and cross-cultural professional practices.
Linear Programs (LP) Modelling Engineer – Fuels JRE26286
• B.E in Chemical Engineering related field, MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly
preferred.
• Min. 10 years of professional experience in oil and refinery industries, with an in-depth
understanding of crude, gas, NGL and refinery processing units.
• Expertise n LP modelling, with at least three years of experience in Aspen Technology’s
RIMS model. A thorough knowledge Of engineering practices, economic principles and
calculation methods.
• Expert in international business and cross-cultural professional practices.
