Routine, Preventive & Overhaul maintenance for Sea Water
Cooling Pumps (Vertical Mixed Flow Rotor Pull Out Type).
Routine maintenance included daily checks for running and
standby pumps.
Checks for abnormal operation, visual inspection, annual oil
changes etc.
Maintenance for Pump Discharge Combined Shut off/Check
valves (Hydraulic Operated), Line & Header Isolation Valves etc.
Routine & Preventive maintenance for Travelling Band Screens.
Preventive & Overhaul maintenance for Auto-Rotary Strainers.
Routine & Overhaul maintenance for Auto Chlorination
systems.
Maintenance for Overhead Monorail Cranes & Gantry Cranes.
Maintenance for Marine Diesel Engines & Auxiliaries such as
starting air compressor, lube oil system, cooling water
systems, fuel transfer systems etc.
Maintenance for Rotary Air Compressors.
Maintenance for Fire Fighting Booster Pumps, Jockey Pumps
(Vertical turbine multi stage type), Valves and Piping systems.
CARS ELECTRICAL AND CARS MECHANIC – 14
Carrying out checks on vehicles to find out if repairs are necessary and how urgent they are
Estimating the time and cost required for carrying out the repair work
Testing vehicles to check that the repairs have been successful. Sometimes this will require a road test
Carrying out standard servicing of vehicles
Supervising experienced mechanics with various tasks
Age between 20 — 40
