WE HAVE OPENING FOR BELOW POSITION:
• LIFTING ENGINEER (HEAVY)
Produce Lifting and Rigging Method Statements, Plot Plans Rigging Studies, Heavy Lift and
Critical Lift packs.
Ensure compliance of QSGTL polices and procedure related to Lifting and rigging.
Ensure safety critical elements are maintained.
Ensure all equipment is faultless before requesting Shell inspections on the equipment.
Preferred engineering Degree or relevant experience subject to Shell Lifting Department
Approval.
5 years previous Heavy Lift Experience in the position working in the Oil and Gas industry
Total of 7 years’ experience in Lifting and Rigging to include the Heavy Lift experience.
Heavy rigging experience is required.
Expert Knowledge of lifting using Mobile Crane’s, Overhead Cranes, Gantry Crane’s both
Fixed and Trolley, Chain Blocks, Tirfors, Jacking and Skating, Fork Truck, and Man-lifts.
Boom Truck Including any devaluations.
All Candidates Should Have Gulf Exp.
