OPERATION & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS
• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader in the Process Automation Industry
or Industrial Plants with hands-on knowledge of operations, maintenance, and technical
troubleshooting of automated systems.
● Good understanding of the MAXIMO module “Work order Management” is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading & managing a team of technicians.
● Hands-on experience in monitoring, controlling, and analyzing the operational areas of the
system
• Experience in reviewing, and analyzing the Operational Processes, Documentation, and Manuals
for improvements and enhancement.
● Very good understanding of Automated Material Flow systems.
● Good awareness of quality and safety procedures.
● Technical Know-how of PLC systems & IT-based SCADA is an advantage.
