• Provide technical supervision fora team of healthmen and veterinary
officers.
• Assist in the training of all Health Team Members.
• Assess and treat difficult health cases.
• Promote the health of the milking herd with the timely detection and
correct treatment of sick cows.
• Attend to the medic’s herd by giving the correct
treatments and thereby achieve a good recovery rate, have accurate
treatment records with no antibiotics residues in the milk.
• Attend to all routine herd health procedures.
