>MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
(Gas Compression Technician)
Salary – 4000 USD
• Certified Journeyman Interprovincial
HD/Automotive Mechanic, Millwright or NGCT.
Minimum of six years experience as field service
technician in the gas compression industry and O&M
experience on reciprocating compression facilities.
Prior certified engine and/or compressor training
would be an asset.
Experienced in the overhaul, maintenance and repair
of reciprocating compressors, carrying out
operations and maintenance of compressors.
Experience with Waukesha and Caterpillar gas engines as well as Ariel, Dresser
Rand and GE compressors considered a plus.
Experienced in trouble shooting ignition panels and instrument panels.
Knowledgeable and experienced in package start-up and commissioning.
• Combined Screw and Reciprocating compression experience would be an asset.
