MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR – 19
Skills / Qualifications:
Technical apprenticeship / degree / Diploma
in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Demonstrate extensive experience in
maintenance with an auditable track record of
consistently good Performance.
Experience of managing and supervising
contractors work within a Refinery
environment and also working in a highly
intensive shutdown atmosphere.
Demonstrable experience in vessel tray
replacement and vessel dressing.
Demonstrable experience in large/heavy
equipment installation.
Demonstrable experience of the installation,
preservation and alignment of large rotating
equipment items.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Considerable experience of supervising
Construction staff to achieve effective
construction execution High school diploma or
equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a
millwright or similar job.
In-depth knowledge of construction equipment
and machinery
Good communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with excellent
mathematical skills.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
