SENIOR ACADEMIC ASSISTANT

- Draft high quality letters, memos and emails for internal and external communications.
- Prepare professional reports and maintain records in the document management
system. - Facilitate course registration for students. Receive students and attend to their request.
ACADEMIC ASSISTANT - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major of studies with 5 years of relevant
experience. Excellent Communication skills. - Prepare professional reports and maintain records in the document management

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Bachelor’s degree in any major of studies. Excellent Written and Spoken English.
- MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)•
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Ensure operation equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements;
calling of repairs; maintaining the equipment inventories; evaluating new
equipment and techniques.
DATA SCIENTIST - BSc Degree
- Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques an algorithms, such as
k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM Decision Forests, etc. - Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Weka, Numpy, MatLab.
Excellence in at least one of these is highly desirable. - Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js and GGplot.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and HBase.
Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions statistical testing, and regression.
Good Scripting and programming skills.
LEGAL ADVISOR - Minimum master degree in law. At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Provide support to departments on legal matters as per the policies and procedures.
- Participate in legal sessions in court to get familiar with legal aspects and to
acquire necessary legal knowledge.
WRITER
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, or related discipline. - Minimum of Two (2) years of professional copywriting experience with solid
portfolio of work. - Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and research skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional skills with the nuances of social and digital media writing, including
the use of hashtags, emoji’s and acronyms.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline.
Exceptional creativity and Innovative design skills. - Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
MEDIA RELATION SPECIALIST
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, or related discipline.
Minimum of Two (2) years of professional media specialist experience with solid
portfolio of work. - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Arabic will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skill.

SPORTS TRAINER - Bachelor Degree in PE or Sport Management, International Sports Certificate.
- Minimum of Two (2) years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Trainer First Aid & CPR Certification, Life Saving Certificate, Specialize in the Sport.
LIFEGUARD - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of related work experience
- Swimming proficiency and comfort in all types of water conditions.
- Lifeguard training certificate, CPR and Standard First Aid professional certification
as per the local certification requirements. - Knowledge and ability to assess water conditions and adjust programs as
necessary to ensure the safety of the visitors and other staff by determining and
potential dangers or hazards. - Ability to judge and evaluate evolving dynamics of individuals participating in aquatic
activities to immediately assess their capabilities and threats to their safety.
SUPERVISOR, HOUSING SERVICES - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preferably has similar experience.
- Can handle stress/pressure/complaints. Managing female students housing.
HOUSING SERVICES ASSISTANT - Diploma in Administration or Secretarial Diploma (or equivalent).
- Handling, dorms assignment to students. Housing inspections.
- Customer service skills. Communication skills.
- Preferably has similar experience.
FOOD SERVICES STAFF
•:• High School certificate (or higher). Certified medical fitness. - Preparing the meals after delivery from the central kitchen.
- Preparing the students restaurant before and after the meals.
- Preferably has experience in serving foods, making drinks and making desserts.
FOOD SERVICES SUPERVISOR - Diploma in Administration or Secretarial Diploma (or equivalent).
- Supervising the restaurant’s staff. Certified medical fitness.
- Ensuring the quality of foods and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Preferably has experience in serving foods, making drinks and making desserts.
SNACK BAR STAFF
High School certificate (or higher). Certified medical fitness. - Serving, snacks and drink. Work as a cashier at point of sale.
