Roles & Responsibility: Knowledge of machines and component parts, Review
drawing & blueprints, Installation and commissioning of Machines, hand grinding
I polishing, Straightening, Bush replacement, Pressure testing, Honing, Measuring
Instrument knowledge, Crane Operations I Lifting Techniques I Safety Inspection,
Use of hand tools, power tools etc, In process Inspection.
Technical Experience Required: ITI with min.3 yrs.of exp.or non-ITI with
hands-on experience of more than 8 years as Turner. Experience using
measurement and quality control devices including gauges, micrometers,
calipers and other quality inspection devices. Able to read and interpret blue
prints and job orders
