Catering Supervisor
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in Hotel / Restaurant Management /
Catering Industry with B.Sc / Diploma
Warehouse Supervisor (Catering/Commissary)
• Bachelor’s Degree (any) or High School. With diploma in warehouse operations
• Shall have 5 years of experience of which 3 years in lead role in related field
(Experience must be in a larger supermarket or related / Warehouse operations /
Storing both food and non-food items / Carrying out inventory and maintaining
supplies by receiving and storing materials , Supervising staff and will be overall
responsible for carrying out safe operations in ware house.
Chef De Partie
• Diploma or Certificate from a known culinary school or completing established
guild or apprenticeship program for Hotel/ Industrial/ Institutional cooks
• Shall have 5 years of experience as Chef in a reputed Hotel Restaurant or
Catering and Banquet Institutions. Must have experience in gourmet cooking,
French service as well as Arab type meal service. Must have experience in
such as Rotisseries, Butchery, Soups, Sauces etc Western Chef
• Diploma or Certificate from a known culinary school or completing established
guild or apprenticeship program for Hotel/ Industrial/ Institutional cooks
• Shall have 5 years of experience as Chef in reputed Hotel Restaurant or Catering
and Banquet Institutions of which minimum 2 years as Western Chef in a 5
star hotel, preferably in middle east, Europe or USA. Must have experience in
developing Western recipes.Sous Chef
• Diploma or Certificate from Hotel/ Industrial/ Institutional cooks
• Shall have 5 years of experience as Chef in a 5 star Hotel or Catering and Banquet
Institutions of which at least 2 years as Sous Chef
Baker / Pastry Chef
• Previous working experience as Pastry Chef for 5 years Certificate in culinary
arts or similar relevant field. In depth knowledge of sanitation principles.5 years
Waiter/Butler
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the role of a Butler/Waiter/
Housekeeper/Food Service Worker in a 5 star Hotel or Catering and Banquet
Institutions , with Hi h School H.S.C , En 1ish Communication referred
