PROCESS ENGINEER Job Description: • Degree in Chemical Engineering with Minimum 12 years’ experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects at FEED and/ or Detailed Design. • Detailed design project experience. • Experience in greenfield projects. • Proven core Process Engineering skills, including design having experience of following: • Prepare and check PFD and HMB • Prepare and check P&ID, UDD, MSD, PSFS and C&E diagrams • Review and check the sizing for vessel, pump, line and control valve as per standards and tools • Review and check the safety valve sizing & relief load calculation (as per API standards) • Review and check process data sheets for equipment, packages, instruments, CVs and PSVs • Prepare design basis, philosophy and control narrative • Conduct Pipeline Hydraulics, dynamic simulation study, transient study, surge study, Minimum Metal Design Temperature (MDMT) study, etc. • Conduct depressurization studies, flare load estimation and flare system design • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, vendors and client. • SFD’s; line list, Cause & Effects, Alarm & Trip settings list. • Design and review of Process control loops and safeguarding philosophy. • Preparing basis of design (front-end engineering) and project specifications (conceptual engineering). • Check and review of Sizing of storage tanks as per API standard. • Chemical injection pump skids. • G/L Separator (Slug Catcher, Vent KO Drum) sizing as per API standard. • Vendor documents review for packages. • Preparation and review of Operating manuals. • Experience to review of the project 3D model. • Experience of HAZOP/ HAZID review meetings / SIL classifications • Preparation and review of Hazardous area classification. • A self-motivated, proactive individual with high achievement drive and initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good organizational awareness • Ability to impact and influence fellow workers • Demonstration of customer focus and ability to respond to customer needs whilst achieving project and corporate objectives. • Display analytical and innovation skills to manage new technology Duty Hours: 10 Hours
