JOB DESCRIPTION:
Analyzing the documents and letters related with contact
administration & update logs
- Ensuring cost control and project schedule is met
Preparing of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors
Quantity measurement and preparing of progress claim and
variation order, EOT to the Client and Consultants
JOB LOCATION: SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA
POSITIONS - SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- UNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Track / study changes to the design and/or construction work and
find out /develop the VO proposals
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering
Required: 1. ‘English’ language skill(Fluent)
Required 2. At least 5-10 years of Experience in the Building
Projects
Preferred: 1. ‘Korean’ language skill
- ‘Arabic or Spanish’ language skill
- Preferred: 3. Familiar with MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc
