JOB DESCRIPTION :
Our managed services contact center provides front line call center services to key client
projects. The call center is the point of escalation for client side services related to the operation &
support of many critical systems and public services.
As a member of this front line staff; you will be responsible for the management of secure identity
keys, the encoding and distribution of specialist digital cards
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configuring and programming secure key cards
Providing specialist support for call center as and when required for problem resolution
EDUCATION & TRAINING :
High school diploma or equivalent Relevant industry certification
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :
Experience working with programmable merchant services or access card systems
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Card Operations knowledge, Key management concepts, Encryption techniques
