•MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
• Minimum 5 yrs. exp.in plastic factories
• Experience in mechanical work •Experience in Electrical works
• Ability to detect the issue in short time
• Experience in chillers, air compressors, high pressure
boosters, air dryers.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance for machines
..BLOW MOLDING MACHINE OPTRS.
• Minimum experience 2 years as machine operator
• Full knowledge about mold parts and accessories (like: cutting
sleeves, neck insert, stricker plate, mold cooling, deflashing
systems, moog systems, die and core)
• Full knowledge about loading/unloading molds
• Exp.in starting machines and sitting to stabilize production
• Experience in blow molding troubleshooting and regular
maintenance (sensors, heaters, cylinders)
• Exp.in solving QC issues (weight control, flash, extra plastics)
*INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
OPERATORS
•Minimum experience 4 years as machine operator
•Full knowledge about mold parts and accessories (like: cavity,
core, cooling, temperature controller, mold temperature
controller, chillers, compressors, auto loaders, auto dosers)
•Full knowledge about loading/unloading molds in different
types (hot runner, cold runner)
•Exp.in starting machines and sitting to stabilize production
•Experience in different types of materials (PP, HOPE, LLDPE,
ABS, PET)
•Exp.in injection molding troubleshooting and regular maint.
•Experience in solving QC issues (flash, color, cycle time,
shrinkages)
